Worship Ministry Mission Statement The worship ministry at First Baptist Church exists to encourage, equip and exalt. Through our lives and song we encourage others to make Christ the center of their focus and become authentic, heartfelt worshippers. We equip the body to use the talents and gifts that God has given us through training, rehearsals and discipleship. Finally, we exalt God, for He alone is worthy of our praise and worship.
Worship Arts Come use the talents God has given you! The Worship Arts side of the Worship ministry at First Baptist, include musicians for both contemporary and traditional worship as well as vocalists for choir, ensembles and soloists and a Spanish team that ministers in the Spanish speaking service. Worship Technologies A great adventure awaits you. The tech team engineers the production of each service at First Baptist Church. Teams utilize top of the line equipment to ensure proper sound, lighting, media presentation and recording of all services. Team members are on a rotating schedule and need to attend the rehearsal on Wednesday night for the upcoming worship service.
